What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, role, workflow description, tools involved, timeline, and budget range. This is used solely to evaluate fit and prepare for a call.
How we use it
Form submissions are reviewed by Inferon Labs to determine whether there is a likely fit for an Automation Opportunity Audit or other engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Client engagements
During audits and implementation projects, data access is minimised to what the workflow requires. Credentials are handled through environment variables or client-approved systems — never hardcoded. Tool access, data flows, and retention are documented and agreed before work begins.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Plausible or Fathom) to understand website traffic. These tools do not use cookies for tracking individual users.
